1. Start by putting a light colored eye shadow on the lids of your eyes.
2. With black eyeliner, make a VERY THIN line on your lid and make it expand as you get further and further.  
3. With black eyeliner, line the bottom of your eyes, but not the water line. Not lining the water line will make your eyes look bigger.
4. With white eyeshadow, line the corners of your eyes to make them pop.
5. Coat mascara, especially at the ends of your lashes, and do the bottom lashes as well.
6. Add circle contacts if you want to.
